These will be added to your account as you complete the weekend.

Step Two.

Follow this by making your module payment by separate Bank Transfer.

You will find the EMHA Account details in the email.

Please Note.

(Bank Transfers can take up to 48 hours to reach our account, so please make your transfer in good time).

Phase Test Module Five.

Please send your Module Five Phase Test questions to

admin@evolvemindshypnosisacademy.com (if you haven't already). 

Once we receive your form and payment, we then forward your Module 6 class link.
