Getting started (Module 1)

Is the Webinar required?

Yes. The Information Webinar is Part A of Module 1. It lets you meet the tutors, understand the pathway, and ensures your goals align with ours before you move to the Discovery Day.

What is the Discovery Day?

The Discovery Day is Part B of Module 1, a free live training day with practical skills, demos and supervised practice. Together with the Part A Webinar, it completes Module 1 and lets both you and EMHA confirm the programme is the right fit before an enrolment offer.

Is Module 1 really free?

Yes. Part A (Webinar) and Part B (Discovery Day) are free and without obligation. You will receive Zoom details by email, remember to check your spam folder; we keep cohorts small and may prioritise dates based on demand.

Will there be a replay

Because the Webinar includes live demos, supervised breakout practice and Q&A, we do not send a replay. To complete Part A (Webinar) and be eligible for Part B (Discovery Day), you will need to attend live.
If you are unable to make it, we run sessions regularly, choose another date that suits your time zone.

How do I receive an offer to enrol?

Attend Part A and Part B. Within 48 hours we email either:
• an Offer to Enrol (with seat hold deadline), or
• guidance on next steps if timing/fit is not right.
We keep cohorts small to protect quality.

What do I pay and when?

On offer: pay the £75 enrolment fee + the Module 2 fee (£197) to secure your seat. (Module 1, Webinar + Discovery Day is free.) If we can not allocate a seat in your chosen cohort after payment, the Module 2 fee is refunded in full. Resources access begins on enrolment.

Course Programme and Logistics

Is the training online and live via Zoom?

Yes. All teaching is live on Zoom.

You will learn through live demonstrations, supervised practice in small groups, and Q&A with tutors.

Do I need qualifications or experience?

No formal qualifications are required, just curiosity, commitment to live attendance, and good spoken English to participate in practice.

Who is this course suitable for?

Complete beginners and career changers, coaches and caring professionals, and anyone who values practical, accredited training in small groups. The course is suitable for many people from all walks of life.

We have had Students across all age ranges from youngsters in their 20's to slightly more mature youngsters in their 70's.

How often are the modules?

Typically one weekend per month.

We will share the course intake dates with you on the discovery day; times are scheduled to be UK/EU-friendly.

What if I miss Part A or Part B?

You must complete both parts to be considered for an offer.
If you miss a part, we will send the next available date so you can catch up promptly.

How big are the cohorts?

Intentionally small for meaningful tutor feedback and plenty of practice time.

Places are limited.

What if I am outside of the UK - Can I join?

No problem at all. You can still train with us. International students regularly participate successfully.

You can attend live on Zoom from anywhere. Sessions run in UK time; we also schedule EU-friendly times.

A stable connection, mic and webcam are essential.

Costs & Admin

Is the Information Webinar really Free? What about the Discovery Day?

Yes it is. The Information Webinar is free.

The Discovery Day (which completes Module 1) is also free. A tenth of our course free.

Over the years that we have been teaching, we have found this is the best opportunity we have, to ensure we meet the right students for our training by offering access to us and our first Module. Students get to meet us, see what Hypnotherapy and our course is all about, and decide whether we are the right training provider for them.

In the same way, we too can meet our applicants and make sure that we are teaching the right people these powerful and amazing skills. People who genuinely want to learn these skills for the right reasons and ethically want to make a difference.

What if I can't make one of the course weekends?

We appreciate that over the length of a course, people may have a holiday booked, or be unable to attend due to illness perhaps. Over the years we have been teaching, we have put in place a system to help you with this and keep you moving forward. We will discuss your options in more detail on our Discovery Day.

Are there any additional costs?

Tuition covers live teaching and Evolve Zone access.

You will need a Zoom capable device, a laptop ideally or a tablet.

As already mentioned, our FREE Information Webinar, and Free Discovery Day are completely FREE and without conditions. We much prefer our students to enrol on our course because they feel it is the right one for them and Evolve Minds is who they would like to train with.

How do I pay for the Module Fees?

We send secure payment links. Base currency is GBP.

The secure payment links mean you can pay by bank transfer in your chosen £ sterling or € euros.

Is there an exam to complete the course?

No formal written exam.

We use continuous assessment, practical skills, reflection and tutor feedback, so you feel client ready by Module 10.

How do I access the Evolve Zone Members Area

We send your login invitation on enrolment.
The Evolve Zone includes recordings, handouts and extra resources for every module.

Accreditation & Outcomes

Is your course externally accredited?

Yes it is.

The Diploma in Hypnotherapy offered by Evolve Minds Hypnosis Academy has been assessed and accredited at Practitioner level by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK). Graduates from this course are eligible for professional registration with the General Hypnotherapy Register (the GHSC’s Registering Agency) at Practitioner status together with the acquisition of the industry-based award - the General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GQHP)

What qualification do I receive upon completion?

The Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (EMHA). Graduates are eligible to register with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) (subject to their criteria) as an Accredited Practitioner.

What support is available after training?

Ongoing Continuous Professional Development Masterclasses and Workshops, Community Support Groups and access to Supervision. Supervision on a one to one basis is also available for individual support.

You will also be invited to attend our Group Supervision Events too in the form of Group Sessions which would have a speaker talking about specialist subjects followed by a Group Q&A session.
